The event officially kicks off with Leadership Day on Thursday, July 18th. Our all Stylist sessions will be held on Friday, July 19th & Saturday, July 20th, 2024. Note: There will be an earned incentive event happening on Wednesday, July 17th in the evening - more information to come.

Your Stylist registration ticket includes admission to Runway 2024, event swag, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, drink tickets to use during the event, a special After Party and much more!

Your event registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Canceling your Runway registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

Our Runway 2024 recognition earning period is June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. The Runway recognition categories will be shared soon!

Runway 2024 is solely an in-person event and there will be no virtual component.

The Salt Lake City International Airport is just 7 miles or 10 minutes (depending on traffic) from the event hotel.

Transportation will not be provided.

No, the hotel does not offer transportation services however below are options from the airport. Taxi/Uber/Lyft Service TRAX Light Rail - Get off at the Temple Square Station downtown which is located just 0.5 miles from the hotel. Pick it up ground level, outside the terminal on the east side.

Hotel guests can enjoy valet parking for a fee, including in-and-out privileges. ChargePoint Charging Stations available upon request, fees apply. Valet Parking - $36 /Daily Self Parking - $25 /Daily

To take advantage of our Hyatt room rate, Stylists must register for Runway first. Upon event registration, the hotel booking link will be included in your confirmation email. Stylists MUST use the booking link to get our rate and assigned to our room block. Do not call the hotel to book your stay.

No! The great thing about the event venue, the Hyatt Regency, is that it is centrally located in the heart of the Convention District. There are plenty of other budget-conscious hotels within walking distance of the event venue. Check the Visitor Guide in the event description for a list of hotels.

Cancellations within 4 days of the reservation after 11:59pm MT will be charged the entire reservation (all nights) plus tax. Cancel before June 28th for no charges.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. On June 28th, you will be charged 1 night stay (plus tax) that is non-refundable. The rest of the reservation will be charged at time of the event.

The check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. If you arrive prior to 4pm, check with the Front Desk for storing your luggage and enjoy the restaurants and pool until your room becomes available.

In the heart of the city and the Convention District, there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, fun places to shop and theatres, all within walking distance. Check out the Visitors Guide in the Event Registration description.

Absolutely! Stylists are allowed to bring guests to Runway by purchasing a Guest registration ticket. Your guest can participate in all events and gets the same perks you do! We recommend guests to be over 18 years old since alcohol will be present during some event sessions.
